How long does it take to get us out of our timeshare?

This is variable, but expect anywhere from 90 days to a year. There are cases that take more than a year. Regardless, we will provide service to you for up to two years. We are in this for the long term to help you and committed to a successful outcome. We will not give anyone the false impression that this is quick and easy. It can be, but such representations lead to false expectations and are made to get you to sign up. We will not mislead you will false promises.

Can you explain the process to me so I know what to expect?

You can expect the best customer service possible. If you have a question you will get a response in one business day or less. We will contact the resort or their attorneys and work diligently on you behalf. You can expect professional service and the highest level of customer service. You can expect we are the best.

Can we still use our timeshare while we are under contract with you?

That is your choice. It may or may not affect our process. If you are current on your payments and/or maintenance fees and in good standing with the resort, we can show you how to extend the usage you have by banking your points/week into RCI/II.

Do we have to continue paying our maintenance fees? Mortgage payments?

This is your choice. We cannot advise anyone to violate the terms of a contract. If you cannot afford to make payments then that may be your only option and could affect your credit score and trigger collection or legal action. We are here to prevent or minimize  the consequences of non-payment of mortgage, lease,maintenance , or assessments. We are here to protect you.

Do you have any guarantees?

Yes. We have a service guarantee as spelled out in our agreement.

Does my timeshare have any value?

Some timeshares retain a portion of their purchase value, but most lose their value like a new car does when you drive it off the dealer’s lot. If you and your family are using your timeshare and enjoying vacations, then it may be valuable to you. But if you are not using it and your timeshare ownership commitment is a financial burden, then its value (if any) doesn’t even matter. It is simply one more obligation and worry in your budget.

Will my name be removed from the timeshare?

Yes! Ownership is legitimately transferred. Depending on the property of record, title is transferred via deed, membership, lease, assignment, or as required by resort official governing documents (covenants, conditions, restrictions).

What if my children don't want to assume the timeshare?

The reality is that most timeshares include a perpetuity clause, meaning that the heirs of an estate are also inheriting the financial responsibilities that come with owning a timeshare. How long does the process take to complete?

While every situation is different, the average exit process takes between 9-18 months to complete. Throughout the process you will receive monthly status updates from your personal Customer Service Coordinator who will keep you posted on how your exit is progressing through the process. Once your exit is complete you will receive written confirmation that you are officially timeshare free!

Can you get rid of any timeshare?

We, as a company, cannot stop the liability of all timeshares. It is very important for us to ask you a few questions that will determine if you are eligible for our service.
